Privacy Policy

1. Data controller

This website is operated individually by its owner, resident in Spain. For any enquiry: hello@acrossthebluetrips.com.

2. What data we collect

  • Browsing: we use Cloudflare Web Analytics, a cookie-free, aggregated analytics tool — it does not identify individual users or collect personal data.
  • Contact: if you write to us via the contact form or by email, we process your name and email to reply to you.
  • Purchase: when you buy an itinerary, your payment is processed directly by Stripe, our payment provider. We don't store your full card details; we receive payment confirmation and the email address from Stripe needed to give you access to the itinerary you purchased.

3. Legal basis and purpose

We process your data to: reply to your enquiries (your consent when you write to us) and manage your purchase and grant you access to the itinerary (performance of a contract).

4. Who we share your data with

We don't sell your data. We share it only with the providers necessary to run the site: Stripe (payment processing), Cloudflare (web hosting and aggregated analytics) and Resend (sending the email with your purchase and access to the itinerary). These providers act as data processors and may process data outside the European Economic Area under their own safeguards (such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses).

5. Retention

We keep your data only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected for: purchase data, for as long as legal or tax obligations require; a contact message, for as long as needed to resolve your enquiry.

6. Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability at any time by writing to hello@acrossthebluetrips.com. You also have the right to file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es) if you believe we haven't handled your data correctly.

7. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy to reflect changes to the site or applicable law. The version published on this page is always the one in force.
