Terms & Conditions
1. Site owner identification
This website is operated individually by its owner, resident in Spain. For any enquiry: hello@acrossthebluetrips.com.
2. Purpose
Across the Blue is a travel-planning information product: it sells digital itineraries (day-by-day routes, recommended accommodation, restaurants, transport, budget and practical tips) for you to use to organize your own trip.
Across the Blue is not a travel agency: it does not sell flight tickets, does not manage hotel or activity bookings on your behalf, and does not act as an intermediary between you and third-party providers (airlines, hotels, restaurants, activity operators, etc.). Any booking you make following the itinerary's recommendations is made directly with that provider, under its own terms.
3. The product and its delivery
Each itinerary is delivered as digital content: access to the full itinerary page and a PDF download, available immediately after payment. No physical product is shipped.
4. Price and payment
Prices are shown in euros (€) next to each itinerary and are the final amount due at checkout, with no hidden extra charges. Payment is processed securely via Stripe (see our Privacy Policy for detail); Across the Blue never stores or has access to your full card details.
5. Right of withdrawal
Because this is digital content delivered immediately, the purchase is subject to an exception to the EU consumer right of withdrawal, explained in detail in our Refund Policy.
6. Intellectual property
All itinerary content (text, routes, recommendations, photography and design) is owned by Across the Blue or used under license. Buying an itinerary grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license for your own private use. Reproducing, reselling, redistributing or publicly sharing the content without express authorization is prohibited.
7. Accuracy of information
We work hard to keep every itinerary accurate and verified with real information, but prices, schedules, availability and third-party conditions (flights, accommodation, restaurants, activities, borders, visas) can change at any time. It's your responsibility to verify relevant information before and during your trip. Across the Blue is not responsible for changes, cancellations or issues caused by third parties outside the site.
8. Use of the website
You agree to use the website lawfully, without infringing these terms or the rights of others.
9. Changes
These terms may be updated to reflect changes to the product, applicable law, or the owner's tax status. The version published on this page is always the one in force.
10. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you're a consumer resident in the European Union, you also retain the rights granted to you under the consumer-protection law of your country of residence, which prevail over any conflicting clause.
